9 - Use large mailing envelopes to store your program disks, books,
etc. Write the name on the front corner, date of purchase and tuck the
receipt inside.
8 - Keep a small spiral note pad near your computer and phone. Date
each page before you start writing notes. Reduces the massive papers
sitting on your desk with notes written on them.
7 - Create folder and sub-folders for your marketing, client list, advertising, vendors, menus, virtual assistants, etc.
6 - Store extras supplies in kitchen storage containers with lids.
5 - Create a recycling bin for all of your used print cartridges
4 - Store photos in a filing box - File by name or by date
3 - Use Google Docs for some of your documents and/or spreadsheets. Reduces the clutter on your computer's hard drive.
2 - Keep a pocket envelope or a zip pouch in your glove box to store
all of your automobile information (registration, insurance, oil
changes, etc)
And the Number 1 way to Reduce the Clutter is to Just Do It. The longer you put it off, the more clutter you'll accumulate.
